Flourish with Neurodiversity

Tasha

Tasha is an ICF-accredited neurodiversity coach and sensory inclusion facilitator who specialises in supporting adults and parents of neurodivergent children. Her work is rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience, offering a unique and deeply empathetic approach to coaching.

She works with individuals who are navigating neurodivergent conditions such as Autism, ADHD, Tourette’s Syndrome, and overlapping or complex neurotypes like AuDHD (Autism and ADHD combined), as well as what she calls the Tourette’s Trio – a combination of Tourette’s Syndrome, Autism, and ADHD.

Tasha brings a wealth of insight to her coaching, having lived experience of Tourette’s Syndrome, Autism, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, and Dyspraxia, as well as parenting neurodivergent children herself. This personal perspective gives her a grounded, compassionate understanding of the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals and families — especially when dealing with multiple or intersecting conditions.

Her coaching services include:

  •  Support for adults with one or more neurodivergent conditions

  • Specialist coaching for complex neurotypes and intersectionality (e.g. Autism + ADHD, ADHD + Tourette’s)

  • Parent coaching — particularly for neurodivergent parents raising neurodivergent children

  • Sensory inclusion assessments and strategies for home, school, or workplace environments

  • Psychoeducation to support deeper understanding and self-advocacy

Tasha helps clients explore how their conditions interact, build personalised strategies to manage daily life, and develop tools for self-regulation, emotional resilience, and navigating education and service systems. Her coaching is especially helpful for individuals who have been diagnosed later in life, are struggling with burnout or overwhelm, or are seeking greater clarity around their unique neurotype.

Coaching was a transformative step in Tasha’s own journey, and she is passionate about offering the same empowering, tailored support to others. Her approach blends psychoeducation, strategy development, sensory regulation support, and compassionate accountability — helping clients understand themselves more fully and thrive on their own terms.

Bright Eyes Orthoptists

Katy

Katy Wall is a qualified Orthoptist based in Cornwall, with a wealth of experience in the assessment and treatment of eye conditions, for both adults and children. Her career in the optical field began at the age of 18, working for a small, family-run chain of optical practices over a period of eight years. She started as an Optical Advisor and later completed a Foundation Degree in Ophthalmic Dispensing.

She went on to obtain a degree in Orthoptics from the University of Liverpool, graduating with a First-Class BSc (Hons). Katy began her professional Orthoptic career in 2014 with the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust, before moving to Warrington and Halton NHS Foundation Trust. There, she specialised in Visual Processing Difficulties (VPD) and became a key member of the Orthoptic SEN (Special Educational Needs) team. In this role, she conducted Orthoptic assessments in specialist SEN schools and led the Reception Vision Screening programme.

Since relocating to Cornwall in 2019, Katy worked for the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust as an Advanced Orthoptist. She played a central role in developing the Stroke-Orthoptic and SEN services until 2023. Although she valued her work within the NHS, the small team of just five Orthoptists in Cornwall limited the scope for continuing her specialist VPD service.

Katy’s experience has shown her just how transformative this service can be for an individual's learning journey. By providing tailored visual processing disorder assessments and equipping children with the visual tools they need, she has witnessed remarkable improvements in confidence and educational engagement. This has driven her passion to offer the service privately—ensuring that children and adults across Cornwall can access high-quality, local support without the need to travel out of county.
